Refund & Return Policy
If the product is defective, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange within 30 days from ship date WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Email email@example.com with your order number and a photo of your defective item to receive your return authorization.
We do not accept any return or exchange after 30 days from ship date.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email first at firstname.lastname@example.org for instruction.

Freeze Virus will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning your defective item .
If you cancel your order after shipping label is generated, a 3% restocking fee, tax and shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid if you decide to cancel it for any reason. If you cancel your order after the item is handed over to the carrier, a 3% restocking fee, tax and shipping will be deducted from the total amount paid and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item back to us if you decide to cancel it for any reason. Credit card processors do not refund the credit card payment processing fees they charge companies like ours when a customer places an order if the customer decides to cancel for any reason. The restocking fee is to cover these fees. Please be sure you are ordering the correct product, if you by any chance order something that’s not the correct item and your order has not shipped, email us and we will make the changes to your order DO NOT PLACE ANOTHER ORDER WITH THE CORRECT ITEMS.
You may exchange or return the defective item in original packaging within 30 days of ship date. If you are returning the product for a refund, the refund will be issued upon receipt of the item back from you and after technical review. We only accept exchanges or return within 30 days of ship date. If there is an issue with your order when you receive it and it was at fault of Freeze Virus we will work with you to fix this, you may be asked to provide photographic proof for refunds or exchanges. We do not REFUND for damage of package. In the case of an exchange or return due to a mistake on your part you will be responsible for the postage fee to send the exchange item back to us and for the shipping fee of USPS Priority or First Class (NO TRACKING NO INSURANCE) to ship the new item to you.
We accept Paypal & All Major Credit Cards via Sprite. Orders will not ship until payment has been received & cleared.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES YOU WILL INCUR OR FOR DELAYS BECAUSE OF CUSTOMS. WE LIST EXACTLY WHAT THE ITEM IS WE CAN NOT CHANGE THE DESCRIPTION. WE HAVE NO WAY OF KNOWING IF YOU WILL INCUR A CUSTOMS FEE OR NOT. IF YOU DO WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE AND YOU WILL NOT BE REIMBURSED.
